AFTER Mrs. Asia Pacific Tourism 2018 Mitzie Go Gil and Mrs. Asia Pacific Global 2019 Avon Morales, Louise Suzanne “Shin” Alba-Lopez from Quezon City scored another major victory by being crowned as Mrs. Asia Pacific All Nations 2021/2022 in the international pageant for married women that was held in Singapore recently after being stalled for two years because of the pandemic.

Shin, a 39-year-old homeschooler with 3 sons, won the coveted title, topping the field of 26 beauteous married women from all over the Asia Pacific region at the finale held at the Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

And like the true Queen of Hearts Foundation queen that she is, Shin is forever grateful to The Almighty and to eveyone who has supported her in her journey towards the coveted crown, particularly to Mitzie Go-Gil.

Go-Gil founded Queen of Hearts Foundation, Inc., the organization that conducts charity missions all over the Philippines and stages the annual Miss & Mrs. Queen of Hearts Philippines pageants. The winners are sent to various international pageants for married women abroad.

“It is still surreal that I am now Mrs. Asia Pacific All Nations 2021/2022 because my pageant journey was never easy,” Shin said. “When I won the local pageant, the pandemic struck. In November 2020, we were affected by Typhoon Ulysses. I asked for help from different organizations and LGUs to support my journey but got rejected because of the pandemic and it was understandable.”

Shin began to lose hope that she would not be able to continue, but “God remained faithful and kept me grounded. He led me to a few but the right people who significantly helped me. I am grateful for all of you. You know who you are,” she continued.

“During my prayer time, God impressed in my heart the verse from Matthew 28:19, ‘Go therefore and make disciples of ALL NATIONS baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit’ and that’s when I knew that my title was really meant for me.

“As I start this chapter of my life, I pray that I would be able to fulfill my purpose as an individual to inspire, encourage, and spread God’s love to others. All that I have accomplished, it is because of God’s love and faithfulness to me. I bring back all the glory, honor, and praises to Him!”
