Jodi Sta. Maria is truly thankful for the chance to collaborate with actors from different networks.

At the finale press con for “Unbreak My Heart,” the actress thanked all the people involved in the historic production – the first collaboration of Viu, ABS-CBN and GMA. She mentioned the Dreamscape producer, directors, cast, crew, even the sound guy and did not forget the audience in her gratitude.

“It takes a village to be able to produce a wonderful series. At sa inyo po, part po kayo ng village kasi since Day 1 sumuporta po kayo,” she said, acknowledging the viewers, “Thank you for watching the program and staying with us till the end.”

Jodi and co-stars Joshua Garcia and Gabbi Garcia also expressed their enthusiasm for future collaborations with a diverse range of actors. “Unbreak My Heart” has allowed these actors to break new ground in their careers.

Joshua revealed that the production team took the time to build rapport among the cast before shooting began: “They organized team-building activities for us, which was a significant bonding experience. We had gatherings and became closer before we flew to Europe.”

Jodi emphasized that the team building fulfilled its goal and added that it was not a major adjustment working with actors from GMA. “I’d say hindi malaking adjustment (working with Kapuso actors) it’s because masarap silang kasama. They’re very down-to-earth, hindi ka mangingilag or maiilang or kakabahan. But when we left for Europe, to do our scenes there, for me personally, I was excited to be working with them.”

She maintains her eagerness to collaborate with different people, highlighting the learning opportunities that come with it: “I look forward to working with different people because there’s always something to learn from them. I am truly grateful to work with generous actors.”

Joshua also welcomed the prospect of working with various actors: “I am very open makatrabaho lahat, [kasi] pag madami ang nakakatrabahong bago, dagdag growth sa akin, dagdag experience. Mas gagaling ako, mas matututo ako.

“Kahit sino, open ako basta maganda kwento at macha-challenge oko at alam kong mag gro-grow ako,” he added.

Gabbi shared her openness to working with a variety of actors, especially Kapamilya star Jericho Rosales. “I’m very open working with anybody. I always say in interviews, meron kaming gagawing project ni Kuya Echo na naudlot. Pandemic pa nun. We had a bit of a problem with the producer. Sayang kasi nag usurp na kami, We were preparing for it. Nag workshop na kami online.

“Maybe in the future, if there is an opportunity, [I’d want to work with Jericho because] I really look up to him.”
