THE 40 lovely candidates of Binibining Pilipinas 2022 have been officially presented to members of media during a grand press reveal show held at the ballroom of Novotel Manila in Quezon City last Tuesday.
The exciting roster of candidates, consisting of outstanding students and graduates, artists, fashion and sports enthusiasts, celebrities and working professionals who excel in their respective fields, made the competition more intense as they slayed the awesome LED runway, first, in Shein fashion apparel, and then in Dia Ali blue swimsuits by Justine Aliman and shoes by Jojo Bragais.
The swimsuit segment, where the girls showcased their intense yet graceful walks, poses and turns, was accompanied by music provided by DJ Tom Taus and a special performance by PPOP Act 4th Impact who lent an electrifying touch to the show that was livestreamed.
Hosted by Miss Intercontinental 2021 Cinderella Faye Obeñita, Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2021 Samantha Panlilio and Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold, the well-received show provided a glimpse on what to expect from this year’s roster of hopefuls in the last three weeks of the competition.
Among the show’s audience was a judging panel that included Miss International 2005 Precious Lara Quigaman Alcaraz who was introduced as (the newest) member of the Binibining Pilipinas Executive Committee, and the pageant’s official shoes maker Jojo Bragais.
With less than a month to go before the finals, the ladies still have a busy schedule ahead, including the much-awaited national costume competition on July 16, and the much-anticipated Parade of Beauties on July 23.
Four outstanding ladies will be crowned as Binibining Pilipinas International, Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental, Binibining Pilipinas Globe and Binibining Pilipinas Grand International at the grand coronation night to be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on July 31, to be telecast live on TV5, A2Z, The Kapamilya Channel, Metro Channel, iWantTFC and the Binibining Pilipinas official YouTube Channel.
