The much-anticipated Bakery Fair 2025, hosted by the Filipino Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI), is set to be the baking event of the year. Slated to take place from March 6 to 8 at the World Trade Center Manila, this highly-awaited exhibition promises to celebrate the best of both tradition and innovation, offering an exciting platform for the Philippines’ vibrant baking community.

Since its inception, Bakery Fair has served as the trusted platform that unites bakery owners, suppliers, and workers across the nation. Known for its far-reaching impact, the fair has been an essential event for local bakeries, allowing them to grow and thrive in an increasingly competitive market. “Bakery Fair’s unmatched reach — from bustling cities to the most remote provinces — makes it the perfect event to foster stronger industry relationships,” says Chris Ah, president of FCBAI. “More than just a trade fair, it’s an engine for economic vitality and growth. This is where we nurture the next generation of baking talents, building a sweeter, brighter future for everyone involved.”

Bakery Fair 2025 promises to be a feast for the eyes and the senses, featuring an impressive lineup of events, including The Baker’s Cup, a series of high-stakes competitions such as “Flour Masters: Bread Baking Competition” and “The Cake Illusion: Hyper-Realistic Cake Art Competition,” and the “Grand Regal Tiers Wedding Cake Display Competition.” Winners are set to bring home cash prizes as well as have access to international training and trips to culinary institutes.

With its focus on fostering connections, Bakery Fair also offers an opportunity to connect with industry leaders, suppliers, and peers.
