Broadcast icons Charo Santos and Noli de Castro headline the much-anticipated return of DZMM Radyo Patrol 630 to AM radio, as the station relaunches with a fresh round-the-clock programming schedule starting this June, simulcast on DZMM Teleradyo via pay TV and digital platforms.
Santos resumes her signature storytelling in “MMK sa DZMM,” airing weekdays from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m., reviving the beloved radio adaptation of “Maalaala Mo Kaya.” De Castro returns with his flagship public affairs show “Kabayan” from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekdays, once again bringing his trademark brand of fearless journalism and public service to Filipino listeners.
“We are bringing back a legacy of service, information, and entertainment. Nasa puso na ‘yan ng bawat Kapamilya,” said Charo Santos.
DZMM’s comeback signals not only a reboot but also a homecoming for some of the most trusted voices in Philippine radio. Marah Faner-Capuyan, Media Serbisyo Production Corporation president, emphasized the network’s renewed commitment to the public. “Tayo ay natutuwa dahil ang isa sa mga pinagkakatiwalaang AM radio station sa Metro Manila ay magbabalik na,” she said.
Weekday programming kicks off at 4 a.m. with “Radyo Patrol Balita Alas Kwatro” anchored by Robert Mano and Steve Raz, followed by “Ronda Pasada” with Johnson Manabat at 5 a.m., and “Gising Pilipinas” with Alvin Elchico at 6 a.m. Doris Bigornia joins Elchico at 7 a.m. before co-hosting “Tandem ng Bayan” with Robert Mano at 8 a.m.
The mid-morning to early afternoon lineup features “Balitapatan” with Peter Musñgi and Rica Lazo at 9 a.m., “Kabayan” with Noli de Castro at 10 a.m., “Nagseserbisyo Niña Corpuz” at 11 a.m., and “Headline Ngayon” with Jeff Hernaez and Rica Lazo at 12 noon, leading into “MMK sa DZMM” with Charo Santos.
The afternoon block features “Hello Attorney” (1–2 p.m.) with Atty. Noel Del Prado and Lyza Aquino, followed by “Aksyon Ngayon” (2–3 p.m.) with Winnie Cordero and Doc Denis, and “Ako ‘To, Si Tyang Amy” at 3 p.m. with Amy Perez.
In the evening, listeners can catch “Headline sa Hapon” at 4 p.m., “ATM: Anong Take Mo?” at 4:30 p.m., and “Isyu Spotted” on Teleradyo, while “Arangkada Balita” airs on Radyo Patrol 630 at 5:30 p.m. A simulcast of “TV Patrol sa DZMM” runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Night programming continues with “Spot Report” (8 p.m.), “Alam na This” (9 p.m.), and “Love Konek” (10 p.m.–12 midnight), with “Remember Your Music” wrapping up the day from 12 midnight to 4 a.m.
