Residents from Brgy. Fairview, North Fairview, Santa Lucia, and nearby areas gathered at Rockville Subdivision in Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches, for the launch of Manong Chavit’s Mobile Kitchen feeding program.
Organized by former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson, this initiative by the senatorial hopeful aims to provide support to local families.
Quezon City Fifth District Councilor and award-winning actress Aiko Melendez attended the event, saying, “I am grateful that Manong Chavit Singson spearheaded this Mobile Kitchen feeding program. Masaya ang lahat. Literal na busog lusog ang mga mababait at masisipag na taga-Barangay San Bartolome, dito sa Quezon City.”
Singson expressed his excitement for future stops and thanked Aiko for gracing the event: “Maraming pang pupuntahan ang Manong Chavit Mobile Kitchen.”
