AI AI de las Alas and husband Gerald Sibayan posted sweet messages to celebrate their sixth anniversary as a couple. They recalled that the journey of their love story has not been easy as they had to deal with a lot of bashers after they admitted in public that they were on. So many folks objected because Ai Ai is much older, almost twice the age of Gerald. But after six years, they’ve proven that their relationship works.
Ai Ai posted their photo in her social media account, saying:
“Good morning asawa ko. May our love for one another continue to grow and blossom each year… may we have endless joy, happiness and love.
“Happy 6th year anniversary my darling… Thank you, God, at going strong pa rin kami kahit may mga humps minsan, pero nandyan Ka parati Lord to help make our relationship stronger.”
Gerald’s reply: “Happy 6th anniversary to my ex girlfriend na asawa ko na ngayon. i love you so much darl @msaiaidelasalas. Read Ephesians 5:28. It says: He who loves his wife loves himself.”
We’re sure they’ll get bashed again for manifesting such cloying sweetness in social media. We remember that one time Ai Ai posted a note left by Gerald, now a certified pilot, for her: “Heto na ang breakfast mo, Darling. I love you so much. Good husband, Darl.”
She replied to him and also posted it: “Good morning. Thank you, Lord, sa blessing na ito. #geraldgoodhusband.”
A basher then quickly criticized her in her comments section: “Why need to post this? You could try to leave something private in your lives to yourselves.”
Ai Ai quickly answered back: “Ang inggit, nakamamatay ‘yan, kaya magbago ka na! I.G. ko ito at kahit anong i post ko rito, wala KANG PAKIALAM. Maglagay ka muna ng picture mo at magtrabaho ka para makatulong ka sa bayan hindi yung bash ka nang bash! Kaya hindi ka umuunlad kasi ‘yan ang gawain mo!!”
That certainly silenced the basher right away.
