The GMA Gala 2024, held on July 20 at the Marriott Hotel Grand Ballroom in Pasay City, was a glamorous event filled with over 1,000 artists and distinguished guests in elegant attire.
Hosted by Tim Yap and Janeena Chan, the program opened with Julie Anne San Jose showcasing her vocal prowess, complemented with the powerhouse dance moves of Rayver Cruz, Miguel Tanfelix, and Rochelle Pangilinan.

GMA executives, including Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., Joel G. Jimenez, and Felipe S. Yalong, were present. Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes, GMA’s SVP and president of GMA Films, led the celebration.
Awards were given out to Kylie Padilla and David Licauco as Best Dressed, Miguel Tanfelix and Ysabel Ortega, and Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz as Couples of the Night.
Young Stars of the Night were Allen Ansay and Sofia Pablo, with Kim Ji Soo as Red Carpet Scene Stealer.
Sparkle Choice Awards went to Andrea Torres, Bianca Umali, Sanya Lopez, Barbie Forteza, Kyline Alcantara, and Ruru Madrid. Hall of Fame Awardees included Heart Evangelista, Alden Richards, Bea Alonzo, Dingdong Dantes, and Marian Rivera.

Ken Chan received the BingoPlus Gala Night Icon award, and Alden Richards the Aqua Boracay Tropical Trendsetter award. Dingdong and Marian also won Avignon Grand Couple of the Night, while Gabbi Garcia was named Belo Beauty of the Night. Kylie Padilla won the Honor 200 AI Portrait Master award, and Rabiya Mateo the Luxe Slim Fit and Glam Award.
Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero were Perfect McCafe Blend of the Night, Derrick Monasterio Premier Drip Star, Gazini Ganados ToledoMed Angel, and Jillian Ward Sparkling Smile of the Night.
Proceeds and donations from the gala, totaling P1.5 million in cash and 250,000 pesos in gift certificates and services, were given to the GMA Kapuso Foundation for Super Typhoon Carina victims.
Julie Anne closed the night with her first live performance of the new station ID “Isa sa Puso ng Pilipino.”
Sparkle GMA Artist Center VP Joy C. Marcelo led the final toast.
