Looking serene and beautiful is forty-two-year-old actress Claudine Barreto. The actress is happy she worked on a movie again with former boyfriend, Mark Anthony Fernandez.
Produced by Viva Films, the movie is called “Deception” and will be shown on January 28.
“Ang tagal ding nakahanap ng tamang project for me and Mark Anthony,” said Claudine,
“Obviously, gusto talaga nila ng tamang maituturing na reunion movie for the two of us. Yes, after 26 or 27 years ba?”
They were a top love team to and starred in hit movies, including “Mangarap Ka” (1995), which was produced by Star Cinema.
They went on their separate ways after that movie. Claudine married Raymart Santiago and had kids together. Meanwhile, Mark Anthony had several relationships, mostly with non-showbiz girls.
Joel Lamangan is at the helm of “Deception.” He and Claudine praise Mark for being true professionals and a stickler for punctuality. They said they won’t mind working with Mark again.

Because of the pandemic, Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna have decided to postpone their trip to Africa for their honeymoon.
But once the infection rate lowers, the couple say they will fly for Africa pronto. They will be bringing Ellen’s son, Elias Modesto, 3, along.
“Kung anu-anong kuwento tungkol sa ganda ng Africa na sinabi si Derek sa bata,” said Ellen.
Derek remains a GMA contract artist but has yet to return to work, because of the pandemic and his recent marriage.
On his return before the cameras, Derek wants to do something different. An action project, perhaps.
As may be observed, it’s only Senator Bong Revilla who is doing an action series, “Agimat ng Agila,” on GMA. And no one can argue he is doing very well.
On ABS-CBN, it’s Coco Martin who raises the flag for action stars on the Kapamilya channel.

to be egging her son Arjo and his girlfriend Maine Mendoza
to tie the knot.
Guess who is now eager to have a grandchild?
“Wala nang pilian,” said Sylvia Sanchez. “Mapa-babae o lalaki, okay lang. Much better kung kambal.”
Someone close to Sylvia said the actress is making parinig to her eldest son, Arjo Atayde, who recently celebrated his third anniversary with his girlfriend, Maine Mendoza. Sylvia is eager to see Arjo tie the knot with Maine, who is very much already a part of the Atayde family.
Maine, “Eat Bulaga” host and “Daddy’s Gurl” mainstay, is not just pretty but is also known for being nice and getting along with many people.
But it seems Arjo and Maine are not yet ready to settle down.
Fans are still eager to see Maine make a project with “Eat Bulaga” co-host Alden Richards.
Arjo, meanwhile, is currently running for congressman in the second district of Quezon City.
