How tremendously lucky of Ejay Falcon to have won as vice governor of Oriental Mindoro.
Why Ejay’s triumph means a lot to many showbiz folks is because he is a former “Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition Plus” winner, no less.
He lived in the house of Kuya, together with Robi Domingo, now a popular host.
This was in 2008.
Tall and good-looking, he, like Robi, immediately got good showbiz offers.
“But it has always been politics in my mind,” Ejay admitted, although he did accept modeling assignments and endorsements. “Mas gusto ko to be of service to the people.

Now 32 years old, he has been in a relationship with “Starstruck” contestant Jana Roxas, 31, for six years.

Robin is currently leading the senatorial race.
“But we keep on praying pa rin,” said Mariel, who is a very prayerful person. “And this early, we, likewise, thank everybody, bumoto man sila o hindi. Dalangin din namin na tamang kandidato ang ibinoto ng mga tao.”

In the case of the Revilla family, they are beyond grateful for the trust the voters have again given them.
Bacoor Mayor Lani Mercado is now a congresswoman. Mayor Lani and Senator Bong’s sons Jolo and Ram are also winners. Jolo, currently the vice governor of Cavite, has been proclaimed as the congressional representative in the first district while Ram is a board member.
Senator Bong and Lani’s eldest, Bryan Revilla, is the first nominee of the partylist Agimat, which failed to get enough votes to get a seat.

Vico Sotto has been reelected as Pasig City Mayor.
Well, as expected.
Dodot Jaworski is Pasig’s new vice mayor.
Both men are sons of famous celebrities. Vico is the son of actor Vic Sotto and Coney Reyes; Dodot parents are Evelyn Jaworski and top basketball player and former Senator Robert Jaworski.
Dodot is married to the former Mikee Cojuangco, a top equestrian and model who also appeared in films and on TV.

Do you know that actors Aga Muhlach and Robin Padilla are both 52 years old?
Though they are not close, Aga is happy for his victory. He is as overwhelmed as everyone with Robin’s recent victory as a senator.
“I may not know him so well, pero mukha siyang mabait. At magiging mahusay na lingkod bayad, na kailangan ng bayan natin at tayong mamamayan,” he said.
Aga will soon start work on a new project with directors Dan Villegas and Antoinette Jadaone. The filming will happen in Baguio City soon.
Robin, meanwhile, looks like he will be focusing all his energy on his new role as lawmaker.

Rocco Nacino and wife Melissa Gohing-Nacino will soon welcome their first child.
The couple showed Melissa’s baby bump in a video.
“Tuwing hinahawakan ko ang kanyang tiyan, lalo kung hinahalikan, sobra ang excitement ko,” said Rocco. “Ang sarap lalo kapag naipanganak na ang baby.
The couple hope to have more children. And the couple are already preparing for the arrival of their future babies.
“Magastos pero ibang saya naman ang kapalit,” said the excited dad-to-be.

They just marked their 23rd wedding anniversary last April 28.
