Ruffa Gutierrez gave her elder daughter, Lorin, an important advice on the girl’s 17th birthday.
“Sabi ko sa kanya, not to fall in love kaagad — lalo seriously,” said the actress. “[I told her to] make the most sa pagiging single. Dahil maganda kako sya, maraming manliligaw sa kanya.”
In her case, according to Ruffa, she had several boyfriends, mostly from showbiz, before she finally married Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektas, the father of her daughters, Lorin and Venice.
“I was in my mid-20s na rin,” she added. “Kaya, akala ko, I was at the right age to marry, and that I was marrying the right man.
“But, as you all know, divorced na kami.”
The 46-year-old actress and former beauty queen said she doubts if she will marry again.
But she has not closed her heart. She is, in fact, in love. Although her career and her kids are her top priorities.
Ruffa was in the trending series, “Love Thy Woman,” which just ended.
She said she already misses her co-stars, such as Kim Chiu, Yam Concepcion, Sunshine Cruz, Eula Valdez, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Xian Lim, and Christopher de Leon.
“Ang babait nila,” said Ruffa. “Ang huhusay pang umarte. Sana I get the chance to work with them again.”

Robin Padilla and Vina Morales are reunited in the musical sitcom, “Kesaya Saya!,” on Net 25.
Net 25 is a free TV channel that is owned and operated by Eagle Broadcasting Network.
Robin and Vina were paired in several Viva movies, including “Ang Utol Kong Hoodlum” (1991), “Miss Na Miss Kita” (1992), and “Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo” (2014). They were also sweethearts off screen.
“We sort of became each other’s fan,” Vina said. “Lalo na on my end. I remember asking Viva Films, where we both were under contract then, to tell him to be my escort sa aking debut. Pinagbigyan naman nya,” said Vina.
The 44-year-old singer-actress has never married. She has a daughter, Ceanna.
Robin has three daughters and one son with former wife, Liezl Sicangco. With his present wife, Mariel Rodriguez, he has two young daughters, Isabella and Gabriela.
Robin was last seen in an ABS-CBN sitcom with Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap in 2018.

Actor-businessman Enchong Dee is now a producer.
He has teamed up with friend Erich Gonzales for a series under their channel, Enrich Originals on Youtube.
Aside from being the producer, Enchong is also set to star in the project with Erich.
This is not their first time to work together, because they were first paired in “Katorse” on ABS-CBN.
“Masarap makatrabaho si Enrich,” said Enchong. “Mabait siya kahit big star na, sinasunod niya to the letter ang kung anumang ipagawa sa kanya, on how she should essay the role.”

Thus, she has decided to not push through with the GMA series, “First Yaya,” where she was set to work with Gabby Concepcion.
The production, including her co-stars, accepted and understood Marian’s decision.
“Of course, nanghihinayang daw si Marian,” said someone in the production. “Dahil maganda ang project at excited nga siyang makatrabaho si Gabby for the first time.”
The series would have included Cassy Legaspi, daughter of Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villaroel.
“Kung sabagay, puwedeng maretain ang cast kapag natuloy pa rin ang series,” our source said.

Albert Martinez will be welcoming two new grandkids soon.
The actor’s youngest child, Alissa, is pregnant with her first child with husband Paulus Reyes.
And Albert’s son, Alfonso, will soon welcome his son with long-time girlfriend, Mikaela.
“They are getting married,” said Albert. “Bago ipanganak ni Mikaela ang kanilang panganay.
They will name their son Arturo.”
Albert has a granddaughter, Adalyn Riley, with his eldest child Alyanna. Alyanna and her husband are based in the US.
Albert’s wife, Liezl, died in April 2015. They were married in 1988.
