Barbie Imperial would have wanted to send birthday greetings to actor Cesar Montano, who is the father of her boyfriend, Diego Loyzaga.
Barbie and Cesar share the same birthday, August 1.
But, as Barbie said, “Hindi naganap. No one knew where Sir Cesar’s whereabouts that day was.”
Barbie has yet to meet Cesar in person.
Aside from Diego, Cesar has two children from his late wife and three from actress Sunshine Cruz, his second wife. He and Sunshine are separated.
Diego is a promising actor. He currently plays AJ Raval’s leading man in Vivamax’ “Death of a Girlfriend.”

The last few weeks were bleak for actress Nadine Samonte.
Her firstborn, Heather Sloane, needed to submit to an eye operation. Heather, who is turning five on August 27, had to go under the knife or else she may lose her sight completely, said her doctor.
Richard Chua, Nadine’s husband and Heather’s father, also had coronary angiogram.
All these happened while Nadine, 33, is heavy with her third child.
Out of desperation, the “Starstruck” alumnae requested for prayers for her family.
“Sa mga ganitong situation, si God na lang ang puwede mong hingan ng tulong,” she said.
“Yes, through prayers.
“At kung mas marami sa iyong tumutulong magdasal, your problem will be solved right away.”
True enough, Richard is doing well. And Heather? She is back to her former self — graceful and charismatic.
“I cannot thank God enough,” Nadine said, placing her hand on her pregnant belly.
“Napakabait Niya.”

In love again, we heard, is Nadine Lustre, who was last linked to James Reid.
Her new beau is said to be French-Filipino Christophe Bariou. Christophe reportedly owns a resort in Siargao, which Nadine reportedly frequents.
Christophe’s mom is Filipina, so he speaks Tagalog well. He has a number of relatives in Siargao, said our source.
When James reportedly heard about Nadine’s new love, all he said was that he wishes her well. He added that he, too, hopes to fall in love again.

Taguig Mayor Lino Cayetano officiated the civil wedding of Angel Locsin and Neil Arce at his office.
The ceremony was simple and intimate. Both Neil and Angel wore pants.
“Ang mahalaga, after the wedding, you are finally, sabi nga, one,” said Angel.
The couple had initially planned to wed last November, but the pandemic obviously prevented them from pushing through with it.
