It’s sad what is happening to veteran actor Pen Medina.
According to recent reports, he is in a hospital because of a degenerative bone disease.
His children have issued a call asking for donations for their dad. They have not been spared by the pandemic and because of showbiz work being scarce in the two years of COVID-19, Pen’s savings have dried up.
He direly needs a spine operation, they said.
Pen Medina’s real name is Crispin Parungao Medina, Sr. He is 71 years old. He’s appeared in several movies and shows, including “Muro Ami,” “Virgin Forest,” and “Himala.” He has two sons who followed his footsteps in showbiz, Ping and Alex Medina.
