Joshua is Jane’s leading man in the “Darna” TV series, which is set to air soon.

Someone asked Joshua Garcia how it is working with Jane de Leon, who plays the title role in “Mars Ravelo’s Darna: The TV Series.”
It’s their first time to work in a project together.
“Bago pa kami nagkakilala, I’ve been hearing a lot about Jane. At ako rind aw, marami na siyang naririnig sa akin,” said Joshua. “Kaya parang matagal nang magkakilala kami when we started working together.

“Kaya naging maganda kaagad ang rapport namin,” he added. “Nakatulong din na pareho kaming laking probinsya.”
Joshua is from Batangas, while Jane grew up in Laguna.
Meanwhile, Joshua is reunited with his “The Killer Bride” partner, Janella Salvador, in “Darna.” Janella plays Jane’s archnemesis, Valentina.

Speaking of Maine, the “Daddy’s Gurl” star is a product of good schools. She came from St. Paul in Bocaue and De La Salle University-College of St. Benilde.
She decided to try showbiz and became known as Yaya Dub in the “Kalyeserye” segment of the long-running noontime show, “Eat Bulaga.”
Maine, 27, remains a mainstay of “Eat Bulaga” and “Daddy’s Gurl.”

Richard Gomez is the newly-elected congressman of Ormoc. He replaces wife Lucy Torres, who is now the mayor of Ormoc city.
Richard is a discovery of ace manager Douglas Quijano, who died of a heart attack in June 2009.

Former child actor Nash Aguas is now a councilor in Cavite City,
Happy for him is his girlfriend, Mika de la Cruz, the younger sister of actress Angelika de la Cruz.
Nash has just joined the cast of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” topbilled by Coco Martin.
He and Mika are both 23 years old.
Nash used to be part of the sing and dance group called Gimme 5.
He finished a course in Business Administration and has his own restaurant and several real-estate properties.
