If plans push through, newlyweds Derek Ramsay and Ellen Ramsay are leaving for Africa this month for their honeymoon.
They will be bringing with them Ellen’s three-year-old son Elias Modesto, of course with the permission of his dad, actor John Lloyd Cruz.
Derek said he wants Elias to experience the African safari with them.
On social media, the actor said he wants to have kids with Ellen, probably by next year.
“We want a small family lang,” Derek reportedly said. “A boy and a girl, perhaps.
“Plus Elias and my son, apat na lahat sila.”

Maris, 24 and Rico, 48, confirmed they were together May of last year.
We heard that Rico wants to have their own house before they settle down.
A friend of Maris and Rico said, “Masarap nga kasing may matitirahan, pagkatapos ng kasalan.”

At the urging of their friends, Edu Manzano and Cherry Pie Picache may plan to get married soon.
But Edu’s daughter, Addie, just got engaged to her fiancé Jared Glassman, whom Edu met in New York during his last visit.
Edu was with Cherry Pie in the US, where they spent Christmas with the Manzanos.
“There may not be a superstition in the US about family members getting married in the same year, but we don’t think a year is a long wait for Edu and Cherry Pie,” said a kibitzer.

Alden Richards was in the US when he marked his 30th birthday last January 2.
It was his first time to celebrate the occasion away from home, and with his family members incomplete. But he was with new friends. At ayos na rin, he said.
By the time this issue comes out, Alden may have returned home, as he has to prepare for his project with Bea Alonzo.
Alden’s utmost wish this New Year is to be able to help rehabilitate the homes of Typhoon Odette survivors.
“Lalo ‘yung pamilyang may maliliit na mga anak,’” Alden further said, “At saka may mga matatandang members ng family.”

Beauty Gonzales realizes her wish to play the leading lady of Dingdong Dantes in GMA’s new primetime show, “I Can See You: Alter.”
The action-drama is directed by Dominic Zapata.
“Pareho silang nakaka-excite maidirek,” said Direk Dominic, “At sa isang project na punong puno ng drama, romance at action pa man din.
“Too bad lang, because we were on lock-in taping that I was unable to attend the wedding of Ellen and Derek, two of my good friends in the business,” said Beauty. “Biro ko sa kanila, I’ll make up to it kapag ikinasal silang muli.”

How sad that Kris Aquino will be unable to join Vice President Leni Robredo in her campaign sorties.
But Vice Leni understands, of course.
Kris, on her social media account, opened up about being underweight and needing to focus on her health. As is common knowledge, she has an autoimmune disease that necessitates that she be careful about being exposed to people.
We all know that because of her current condition, Kris broke off her engagement to her fiancé Mel Sarmiento.

Do you know that Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez have been married for 11 years?
They wed in Batangas in December 2010.
They have a son, Nate, who is 10 years old. The boy is a cross between his parents.
Ogie, of course, have two daughters with his former wife, former Miss Australia Michelle Van Eimeren. Leila and Sarah both sing like Ogie. Nate sings, too.
“It’s a joy to watch when all of them sing together,” said a fan of Regine’s.
Ogie is now a mainstay of the Kapamilya noontime show, “It’s Showtime.”
