Coleen Garcia and husband Billy Crawford are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child.

Sometimes love comes unexpectedly — but at the right time.

Sam Milby, at 36, is in love — with none other than Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.

The actor has yet to narrate how their romance started but a lot of friends felt very happy for the couple. Sam has been single for quite some time. Prior to Catriona, he was linked to model Mari Jasmine and actress Anne Curtis, who has just given birth in Australia a couple of months ago.

Catriona, meanwhile, was formerly in a relationship with model Clint Bondad, a GMA contract star.

Assunta de Rossi and Coleen Garcia are both infanticipating. The two actresses are pregnant for the first time.

Assunta, at 37, revealed she had never thought she would ever get pregnant. She has been married for over fifteen years to Jules Ledesma, who has two children from his previous marriage.

“I’m just so grateful,” Assunta enthused. “Sinasagot talaga ni God ang mga dasal, lalo’t taimtim ang panalangin.”

Meanwhile, Coleen and husband Billy Crawford are very excited about their coming blessing. Billy has been singing to Coleen’s tummy and likes talking to their unborn kid.

They have yet to reveal the gender of their baby.

Isabel Oli’s baby bump is also getting bigger. She and husband John Prats are excitedly awaiting the arrival of baby number three. Their eldest is named Lily Feather and their second child is Freedom.

Meanwhile, John admits missing ABS-CBN’s primetime series, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” which is topbilled by Coco Martin. He plays a cop in the series.

“Dati kasi every other day may taping kami,” he said.

While in lockdown, John takes care of his two kids, and of course, attends to the needs of his pregnant wife.

He appreciates having the chance to spend time with them.

JM de Guzman shot the digital film, “Love Lockdown,” while in quarantine.

The actor reunites with Angelica Panganiban, his co-star in the hit indie, “That Thing Called Tadhana,” in “Love Lockdown.” Sue Ramirez, Tony Labrusca, Kylie Versoza, Jake Cuenca and Arjo Atayde are also in the series, the first-of-its-kind digital full-length movie filmed in quarantine by the artists themselves — from their own homes.

“Kaya we had to do our own makeup and prepare our wardrobe by ourselves,” revealed JM. “Bago ito sa aming lahat, but no choice kami.”

The artists, in coordination with the directors, had to be their own stylists, production designers, and location managers, with the guidance of directors Andoy Ranay, Darnel Villaflor, Noel Escondo, and Emmanuel Palo.

JM also got busy with his music. He just released the music video of his song, “Huling Liham.” The music video is directed by Cris Escolano.

JM was in the cast of “Pamilya Ko,” the ABS-CBN soap that also starred Sylvia Sanchez, Joey Marquez and icon Perla Bautista, among others. Of course, the showing was cut because shooting had to be stopped. And also, because ABS-CBN ceased operation following the cease and desist order issued by the NTC.

“I miss all of them,” JM said of his co-stars.

Speaking of Sylvia Sanchez, the actress admitted she still gets chills remembering how she and husband Art Atayde had to contend with the dreaded COVID-19 virus.

“Hanggang ngayon, takot pa akong lumapit sa mga anak ko dahil baka I still have the virus,” she confessed. “But of course, my and Art’s doctor has assured us na magaling na talaga kami.”

Sylvia has always taken care of her family. She is not used to getting sick. She said it was prayers that sustained her.

“Sabay kaming nagdarasal ni Art,” she confided.

She admitted she misses work.

“But, of course, when you are sick, getting well is the priority,” she added.

She is looking forward to taping “Pamilya Ko” again.

“The sooner, the better,” she said, smiling.
