She has chosen Lovi Poe to star in her first film under Viva Films.
Actress Bela Padilla will soon add another feather in her cap.
The actress, who also produces films and writes stories and screenplays (“Luck at First Sight,” “Camp Sawi,” among others), has been given the chance to direct.
Viva Films big boss Vic del Rosario is even giving Bela the choice of actress to play the lead in the project.

“Puwedeng piliin niya ang ibang pang mga artista to play the characters in the story she will also write,” a kibitzer said.
Aside from being formidable actresses, Bela and Lovi both are from well-known showbiz clan.
Bela, whose real name is Krista Sullivan, is the niece of actor Robin Padilla. Bela’s mom is the second cousin of, Eva Cariño, who is Robin’s mom.
Lovi, of course, is the daughter of the late Fernando Poe, Jr. known as the “King of Philippine Movies.”

Alden Richards has had several successes in his career, but when it comes to the love department, well, he has yet to find a match.
