The singer-actress is in “Flower of Evil,” the musical drama series “Lyric and Beat” and in “2 Good 2 Be True.”
Who would have known that Agot Isidro, who turned 56 on July 20, will be busier than ever during the pandemic?
The singer-actress is in three series. She is in the top-rating “Flower of Evil” with Piolo Pascual and Lovi Poe, in the musical drama series “Lyric and Beat” with Andrea Brillantes, Seth Fedelin, AC Bonifacio and Darren Espanto, as well as in the trending series on Netflix, “2 Good 2 Be True.”
In “Flower of Evil,” she plays the wife of Edu and the mother of the character of Paulo Avelino. In the upcoming “Lyric and Beat,” she is a music teacher. And in “2 Good 2 Be True,” she entered the scene as Roma Badayos, the lawyer of Eloy, played by Daniel Padilla.
Agot’s character will represent Eloy in court with the help of her associate, Atty. San Pedro, played by Elmo Magalona. “2 Good 2 Be True” is showing in advance on Netflix Philippines and iWantTFC.
Agot is Maria Margarita Amada Fteha Isidro in real life. She comes from a rich and prominent family in Marikina. She is a University of the Philippines graduate with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. She also studied in New York and has a master’s degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.
She was considered the “Crush ng Bayan” when she started in the recording business thirty years ago. She married Manu Sandejas in 2010. They separated and their marriage was annulled in 2010.
Agot has done several shows on the Kapamilya and even Kapuso channels. Did you know that at one time, she even played the mother of Kapuso top actress Marian Rivera? This was in “Carmela: Ang Pinakamagandang Babae sa Mundong Ibabaw,” where Marian was paired with Alden Richards.
Wonder when Agot will get back to the recording studio. She has always been a good singer and had several hits, including “Everyday,” “Sa Isip Ko,” “Beginning Today,” among others.

AJ Raval has denied the rumor that she is pregnant.
It has been weeks since talks circulated that she is in a relationship with Aljur Abrenica and their romance has resulted in her becoming preggy.
But the Vivamax star continues to deny the rumor, even if veteran entertainment reporter Cristy Fermin has said in a recent show that Aljur will be ready to take the responsibility of being the dad of the baby.
