BayaniBox, developed with eScience Corporation, streamlines the processing of balikbayan boxes for overseas Filipinos and their families, making customs clearance smoother.

The Link.BizPortal, in partnership with the Landbank of the Philippines, provides a user-friendly online platform for customs transactions and payment processing.

The Automated Export Declaration System simplifies export processes and documentation, reducing bureaucracy and speeding up trade facilitation.

The Digitalized Official Receipt System, in collaboration with APO Production Unit, Inc., ensures electronic issuance and tracking of official receipts, improving accuracy and accessibility of financial records.

The Customs Auction Monitoring System enhances transparency in the auction process for seized goods, promoting integrity and accountability.

Lastly, the redesigned BOC Website offers stakeholders easy access to customs-related information and services with its user-friendly interface.

Earlier, the BOC reported that it has prioritized the modernization of its systems and streamlined customs processes, resulting in a 96.39 percent rate of digitalization for 160 out of 166 customs procedures under the 2021 Citizen’s Charter.
