The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) Inc. successfully concluded its Real Estate Developers Golf Cup 2025 at Wack Wack Golf and Country Club, bringing together over 100 industry leaders for competition and networking.
The tournament began with a ceremonial tee-off led by SHDA National President Engr. Francis Richmond Z. Villegas, Golf Tournament Overall Chair John Paul Dy, Philippine Guarantee Corporation President Alberto Pascual, and Organization of Socialized and Economic Housing Developers President Charlie Brown Tan.
Richie Lirio won the Low Net Champion title, while Jason Barcelon claimed Low Gross Champion. Class A champions included Max De Leon (Champion), Ditto Reyes (1st Runner-Up), and Rico Comia (2nd Runner-Up). Timothy Dalton Lim secured the Class B championship, with Jing Panelo and Andrew Lam as runners-up. In Class C, Sherwin Uy emerged as champion, followed by Shane Lloyd Bucat and Alberto Pascual.
Special recognitions went to Noel Rios (Nearest to Pin, 4 feet), Jason Tse Go (Longest Drive, 264 yards), Adrian Rios (Most Accurate Drive, 1 yard), and Gary De Guzman (Longest Putt, 44 feet).
Beyond competition, the event fostered industry collaboration among developers, government representatives, banking professionals, and allied sectors, providing a platform to discuss trends and innovations shaping Philippine real estate.
SHDA is now preparing for its 55th Anniversary Celebration and the National Developers Convention to address industry challenges and opportunities.
