JoyRide, the pioneering Filipino-owned mobility company, announces a major evolution of its services, delivering faster, more budget-friendly transportation options nationwide.
Since launching its MC Taxi service in 2019, JoyRide has grown into a comprehensive Superapp with over 16 million downloads. The latest upgrade introduces a faster driver matching system with an optimized algorithm that minimizes wait times for both customers and driver-partners. New features include Auto Accept and QR code instant booking for seamless connections.

JoyRide maintains its no-surge pricing policy, calculating fares based on the shortest routes via Google Maps data. The service now operates in Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Baguio, Naga-Legazpi, Cebu, and Cagayan de Oro, with Iloilo and Bacolod launches imminent.
The Superapp now offers JoyRide Car, Taxi Cab, Super Taxi Street Edition, and airport transfers through Super Taxi Airport Edition. Users can also purchase Victory Liner bus tickets and book Toyota’s RentaCar service.
JoyRide’s Update Program ensures driver-partners maintain high standards of service and safety through skills training, equipment inspections, and document verification.
