More than 50 senior leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, and business owners, gathered at Hilton Manila on August 27, 2025, for the inaugural Culture Blueprint Culture Conference. The event, produced by TrainingPH and co-presented by NextClass, served as a powerful platform for learning and building strategies to shape organizational culture as a driver of business success.
The one-day experience blended thought leadership with practical insights on how culture can transform organizations, inspire employees, and create sustainable growth. Primary sponsor Answerkey, a 50-year-old accounting firm, showcased its own successful transformation into a dynamic, agile workplace.
