Around 3,800 Job Order (JO) and Contract of Service (COS) workers at TESDA’s central and regional offices will now access SSS social security protection through a new partnership under the KaSSSangga Collect Program.
Additionally, 4,300 regular TESDA employees can join as voluntary members to maintain contributions from previous private sector or self-employment.
SSS President and CEO Robert Joseph Montes De Claro(left) and TESDA Director General Secretary Jose Francisco “Kiko” B. Benitez(right) signed the agreement on April 22, 2025, at TESDA Central Office in Taguig City. The partnership will facilitate SSS registration and contribution payments, enabling workers to access various SSS benefits and loan programs.
The KaSSSangga Collect Program extends social security coverage to government workers under JO and COS arrangements. SSS will issue TESDA an Agency Reference Number for uploading contribution collection lists and generating Payment Reference Numbers for remittances through SSS or accredited collecting partners.
