The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) Golf Cup 2025 returns for its third edition on March 27 at Wack Wack Golf & Country Club in Mandaluyong City. The premier event will bring together approximately 100 real estate executives, developers and industry leaders.
This year’s tournament introduces the Double Peoria scoring system, evaluating performance across 12 selected holes instead of six to create a level playing field for participants of all skill levels. The grand prize features an unprecedented offering from Noble Home: a 24.96-square-meter Mille Case Residences condominium unit in Muntinlupa City for a designated hole-in-one winner.
“We’re excited to host the SHDA Golf Cup once again. This event isn’t just about the game; it’s about strengthening the relationships that drive the real estate industry forward,” said SHDA President Engr. Francis Villegas.
SHDA Chairman Arch. Leonardo Dayao Jr. emphasized the broader industry impact: “Beyond the competition, the SHDA Golf Cup fosters collaboration between developers, financial institutions, and policymakers, reinforcing our shared commitment to sustainable housing development.”
The tournament entry fee of P9,500 covers green fees, shared golf cart, meals, giveaways, raffle entry and Mulligan Shot fee of P500. Non-golfers can join the luncheon and awards program for P4,500.
Distinguished guests including Mandaluyong Mayor Benjamin Abalos Sr. and Philippine Guarantee Corporation President Alberto Pascual will attend the ceremonial tee-off, highlighting the event’s significance for public-private partnerships.
The event is made possible through the support of 8990 Housing Development Corporation, Cathay Land, Inc., Ciudades Development Corporation, Moon Rabbit Ventures Inc./Uwi Homes, Noble Home Corp.
