Rural Transit (Mindanao) Inc. (RTMI) has re-elected businessman Leo Rey Yanson as chairman and president during its annual stockholders’ meeting on February 12.
The company also reappointed its board of directors, including Olivia V. Yanson, Charles M. Dumancas, Rey C. Ardo, Anita G. Chua, and Daniel Nicolas P. Golez. The board subsequently named Olivia V. Yanson as corporate secretary and treasurer.
“We remain steadfast in our goal to serve the Filipino commuters and provide the most reliable means of public transportation,” Leo Rey Yanson said, affirming the company’s stability despite operational challenges.
