SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan — Rockwell Land celebrated the groundbreaking of The Samanean at Paradise Farms, its first residential development in Bulacan, signaling a strategic expansion into horizontal communities and marking a milestone in the company’s 30-year history.
The ceremonial event, which included a time capsule lowering, drew key executives including Nestor J. Padilla, Chairman and CEO, and Valerie L. Soliven, President and COO. Guests toured the 110-hectare property, experiencing its nature-inspired design and panoramic Mt. Balagbag views.
The Samanean showcases Rockwell’s commitment to innovative living, offering lot sizes from 252 to 449 square meters with unique amenities including biking trails, a glamping area, yoga deck, and nature-inspired play zones. The first phase has already sold out, demonstrating strong market interest.
Strategically positioned, the development will benefit from upcoming infrastructure projects like MRT Line 7 and the new Manila International Airport, which are expected to enhance regional connectivity and economic growth.
This project launches Rockwell Land’s 30th-anniversary expansion strategy. The developer plans to add over 500 hectares to its portfolio, including two additional horizontal developments: Molinillo at Rockwell Center Lipa and Lauan Ridges in Batangas, with a premium beachfront development also planned.
The Samanean represents Rockwell Land’s vision of creating master-planned communities that blend living and leisure across the Philippines.
