Thailand is poised to host Bangkok RHVAC 2024 and Bangkok E&E 2024, the premier trade shows in Southeast Asia for refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical, and electronic products.

Set against the backdrop of this year’s theme, “One-stop Solution for Net Zero Future,” the events will take place in Bangkok this September.

Nittayanee Khawtepawan, representing Thailand’s Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce, highlighted the significance of these events, stating, “Bangkok RHVAC 2024 and Bangkok E&E 2024 showcase Thailand as a vital sourcing hub for the region’s industries. They will spotlight new environmentally friendly technologies, addressing the needs of both manufacturers and consumers, with the aim of achieving net zero emissions.”

Bangkok RHVAC 2024 will showcase a comprehensive range of RHVAC products, covering everything from downstream to upstream components such as copper tubes, motors, compressors, coils, and finished products in various sizes and configurations. Similarly, Bangkok E&E 2024 will feature the latest innovations and cutting-edge technologies in electric and electronic products, spanning home appliances, IT and OA equipment, and industrial components.

These trade shows present abundant business opportunities for exhibitors and visitors alike. Thailand’s position as a hub for ASEAN and Oceania ensures that the events serve as valuable marketing and publicity platforms for introducing cutting-edge technologies to key buyers. Additionally, Thailand’s stature as a major producer of air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and electronic products further enhances the appeal of these events for visitors from around the world.

Building on the success of the previous edition in 2022, which attracted 114 exhibitors and 6,500 visitors from 50 countries, generating sales valued at 8,500 million baht, Bangkok RHVAC 2024 and Bangkok E&E 2024 are set to be the largest trade shows in Southeast Asia for refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical, and electronic products. With an expected turnout of over 11,000 visitors from Asean, China, Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Europe, and the US, the events are anticipated to feature 300 manufacturers across 1,000 booths covering 20,000 square meters of exhibition space.

Athit Thienlikit, representing Thailand’s Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Club, emphasized the continued growth prospects for Thailand’s electric and electronic products, driven by the country’s reputation for manufacturing environmentally friendly products of international standard quality. Thai manufacturers are aligning with the global push towards net zero emissions by developing more efficient products, utilizing alternative ozone-friendly refrigerants, and promoting the use of cold storage to reduce food waste and methane emissions.

Visitors to the trade shows can expect to stay abreast of industry trends through seminars and activities featuring renowned speakers, as well as exciting exhibitions and product showcases from leading manufacturers. Highlighting the events will be a showcase of Dedicated Outside Air Systems (DOAS), designed to enhance indoor air quality and protect residents from pollution, particulate matter, and harmful substances.
