Philips EasyKey, alongside leading real estate company Megaworld Corp., is redefining smart security for Filipinos with the launch of Philips EasyKey 9300.
Philips EasyKey will equip Megaworld’s world-class properties with only the best-in-class smart locks, the Philips EasyKey 9300.
The Philips EasyKey 9300 features a fingerprint sensor strategically located on the handle, ensuring your finger naturally falls on it when touched. Upon detecting a recognized fingerprint, the door unlocks instantly. This system is encased in tempered glass, as durable and strong as an artificial diamond.
It also includes an auto-lock system that securely locks the door once it closes. If the door remains unlocked, an internal timer will notify residents to close it.
Additionally, it lets residents control their lock with the Philips EasyKey app, regardless of their location. The app can also remotely unlock the door and includes a built-in alarm system that triggers if the lock is tampered with.
The partnership aims to set up select Megaworld properties with the Philips EasyKey 9300. This includes Uptown Arts Residences, Bayshore Residential Resort, and McKinley Park Residences.
