On January 1, 2025, Bernie Liu will officially step down as CEO of GOLDEN ABC (GABC), known for its Penshoppe brand, after nearly 30 years in the role. Since 1996, Bernie has led the company through significant growth and transformation. He will transition to focus on his responsibilities as Executive Chairman of both GOLDEN ABC and its holding company, LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI).
Alice Liu will succeed Bernie as CEO, marking the conclusion of a two-year succession plan. Previously serving as GABC’s President and COO since March 2023, Alice was appointed by the board of directors to lead the company into its next chapter. While she relinquishes her COO title, she will continue as President, ensuring continuity during this transition.
