OTC’s foundation rests on Chua Tee’s vision that “quality no matter what product you make will be the key to success.” This principle has guided three generations of leadership. Today, Ramon’s son Felimon Dexter N. Chua serves as President and General Manager, while Ivee Lynn Chua serves as CFO and Executive Vice President for Finance.

“As we celebrate this remarkable milestone, we look forward to an even brighter future. We will continue to honor our tradition of excellence, delivering the highest quality products to our clients,” said Felimon Dexter N. Chua.

OTC’s history includes significant expansion from its original Caloocan City location and becoming the first company in the Philippines to install its own Coil Cutting Lines. The company’s investment in cutting-edge technology, including Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) machinery led to innovations like the 2-piece can, earning multiple international awards.

“Our focus on quality and continuous innovation is what sets OTC apart from our competitors,” said Engr. Chua. “It is this commitment that has allowed us to maintain our leadership in the industry, and we will continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in metal packaging.

As a Filipino company with global standards, OTC prioritizes quality control and compliance with international requirements. The company’s flagship 2-piece tin can is customized to client needs, manufactured using premium materials and state-of-the-art machinery across four strategic plants nationwide.
