Panglao, Bohol – Following a successful kickoff last week, NutriAsia’s Foodservice Team recently brought the highly anticipated Taste of Success Roadshow to the beautiful island of Bohol, engaging local food entrepreneurs and social media influencers in an afternoon filled with insightful discussions about the food service industry.
The event, held on October 23, 2024, at the Bluewater Hotel in Danao, Panglao, welcomed 44 passionate restaurateurs eager to create magical Masarap, Masaya moments for their customers.
Kicking off the session, Jcarl Perez, Senior Distributor Business Manager of NutriAsia Foodservice, shared the roadshow’s goals and vision. “At NutriAsia, we truly understand the flavor of success. She highlighted that it is expected to expand by PHP 1 trillion by 2027, with regions such as Western Visayas, Central Luzon, Northern Mindanao, and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region experiencing particularly rapid growth, often reporting double-digit increases in business.
Aimee Alinsod, Trade Marketing Specialist, reinforced the company’s dedication to quality and food safety. She stated that NutriAsia places a strong emphasis on these aspects, proudly holding certifications such as FSSC 22000, Halal, and FDA certifications. These credentials underscore their commitment to delivering safe and high-quality food products that adhere to international standards.
Maroux David, Key Accounts & Channel Development Group Manager, then highlighted prevailing consumer preferences and flavor trends. She stressed the importance of understanding generational preferences to tailor marketing strategies and product offerings effectively.
The event culminated with a captivating presentation by Chef Sau Del Rosario. Chef Sau showcased his culinary prowess by preparing unique recipes inspired by his travels and documented in his book, 20 Years of Love and Cooking. Participants had the opportunity to taste these delightful creations made with NutriAsia products.
