Michelin opens new manila office to boost local market engagement

MANILA, Philippines — Michelin has established a new official office in the Polaris Building, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, to strengthen its brand presence and improve customer experiences in the Philippines.

The strategic move reinforces Michelin’s long-term commitment to the country, leveraging its presence since the early 1990s. The company currently works with five key importers to distribute tire solutions for passenger cars, motorcycles, trucks, and specialty vehicles.

“We are excited to open our new office in the Philippines,” said Jonathan Khong, Managing Director of Michelin Asia Pacific (Singapore) Philippines Branch Office. “We recognize the country’s strong market potential, and this move enables us to reinforce our partnerships, enhance customer support, and further establish Michelin as the preferred choice for mobility solutions in the region.”
