The British Chamber of Commerce Philippines (BCCP) is organizing its annual event titled, 7th Property Matters: “The Future of Real Estate: Innovations and Opportunities” on August 24 (Thursday), 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at Dusit Thani, Makati City.
This year’s 7th Property Matters forum is sponsored by Santos Knight Frank, JLL Philippines, Alveo Land, and Colliers Philippines. With various industry experts, The BCCP event will serve as an opportunity to highlight the real estate market outlook, the impact of data dentures, property technology, sustainability, tourism, and overall investment opportunities.
“The British Chamber has its annual event for the real estate industry. This year’s 7th Property Matters will highlight the future of real estate which will help our attendees and Members understand the state of real estate and its upcoming updates revolving around innovation, digitalization, and sustainability,” said BCCP Executive Director/Trustee Chris Nelson.
With various industry experts, there will be a highlight of the Philippine real estate market outlook for 2023-2024, discussing both residential and commercial. It will be discussed by Mr. Joey Roy Bondoc, Associate Director of Colliers Philippines.
Santos Knight Frank, senior associate director Ankur Maheshwari will focus on a presentation “(Y)our Space 2023”, and Cresa’s flagship research campaign on the future of work, workplace dynamics, and corporate real estate. It will also delve into the strategies, portfolio transformation, and reimagining spaces in corporate real estate.
Moreover, JLL’s country head Joey Radovan will highlight the Impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Commercial Real Estate in his presentation. It is important to know the benefits of automation of administrative tasks to fraud detection, and also to challenges from ethical considerations and data privacy concerns.
