Delivery rider Joseph Talaroc (center) displays the brand new motorcycle he won during the Pag-IBIG Asenso Rider Raffle Promo Launch in Pasay City earlier this year. Talaroc is one of the over thirteen thousand delivery riders who are now members and have joined the agency’s raffle promo.
