Advocating holistic approach to optimal health and wellness

Having someone to go to for guidance through the chaos in these uncertain times is invaluable. Dr. Paolo Bellosillo, or Doc Pao, community leader and health adviser with extensive knowledge and experience in integrative medicine, has dedicated his life to making a positive difference in people’s lives, especially during the pandemic.
Doc Pao espouses a holistic approach to medicine, believing that treating the root cause of a disease is just as important as addressing its symptoms. By working with his patients, he develops personalized plans for optimal health and wellness that incorporate physical, mental, and spiritual aspects.
During the pandemic, Doc Pao took care of around 400 patients, including law enforcement and military personnel, and civilians, constantly monitoring their health and providing them with the right medical care and nutrition. His expertise in cellular medicine and various medical systems helped his patients overcome diseases and maintain a healthy lifestyle. He emphasizes the importance of exercise, a balanced diet, and getting enough sleep, even during these challenging times.
One of Doc Pao’s most inspiring achievements was taking care of a family of eight with varying medical needs and helping them overcome COVID-19 without being intubated at the height of the pandemic. He did this with the help of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare workers, implementing cellular nutrition protocols and monitoring the patients through compact equipment, even in their homes when hospitals were full.
Doc Pao’s ultimate goal is to help the Philippines develop a more realistic COVID-19 management system with zero casualties, utilizing whole medical systems.
