A significant initiative is the Malabon Ahon Blue Card, a flagship program of Mayor Jeannie Sandoval that provides financial and medical assistance to underprivileged residents, including senior citizens and persons with disabilities. This program aims to alleviate financial burdens and improve access to healthcare.

Dr. Rosete also discussed the Walang Tulugan Serbisyo Caravan, an outreach program delivering essential government services directly to underserved communities, enhancing convenience for residents.

For disaster preparedness, the city focuses on Community-Based Disaster Risk Reductio and Management (CBDRRM) programs that train barangay officials and residents through regular drills. The city ensures that its Command and Communication Center and early warning systems are operational during emergencies.

Public consultations encourage resident involvement in decision-making, while social media facilitates direct communication and feedback. The city has launched various programs addressing social welfare, livelihood skills, housing, health, and education.

Dr. Rosete acknowledged the Department of Interior and Local Government’s role in monitoring local operations to ensure programs focus on resident welfare and anti-corruption efforts. Through these initiatives, Malabon City aims to foster a resilient community ready to face future challenges.
