Upon graduating from college, he recognized the prohibitive costs associated with professional training and certification, making them challenging to pursue even after years in the workforce.
Motivated to democratize access to lifelong learning, Veroya initiated the Ask Lex PH Academy in 2016, aiming to make it accessible and sustainable for Filipinos and global learners. His inaugural success involved orchestrating a fruitful training and certification program for Industrial Engineering students in Batangas, a triumph that validated the model and prompted further refinement and scaling.
Ask Lex PH Academy primarily caters to individuals aged 18 to 35, encompassing students, young professionals, business owners, startups, NGOs, and more. Since its inception, the platform has achieved significant milestones, positively impacting the lives of thousands of learners.
Positioned as a pioneering platform, Ask Lex PH Academy is committed to making individuals and organizations #significantlybetter through accessible and sustainable lifelong learning. The platform distinguishes itself by offering courses focused on Innovation, Sustainability, Analytics, and Continuous Improvement (ISAaC). ALPHA’s competency development and certification programs align with industry requirements and are customized for the needs of graduating students and young professionals. These competencies adhere to studies and mandates published by the United Nations and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. Program durations vary from 16 to 80 hours, depending on the training and certification levels.
