Landco Pacific Corporation, a Metro Pacific Investment Corporation subsidiary under Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan, has assigned its Landco Lifestyle Ventures (LLV) division to manage The Manor, Forest Lodge, and CAP-John Hay Trade and Cultural Center in Camp John Hay.
LLV will serve as interim manager while the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) prepares to award the properties for long-term lease to a new private partner.
The appointment expands LLV’s portfolio, which includes managing Landco’s beachfront properties in Batangas: the 15-hectare Casobe and 23-hectare Club Laiya resort estates, along with their respective condotels, The Spinnaker and The Nautilus.

Gregorio, formerly Landco Pacific’s senior consultant for hospitality and tourism, brings extensive experience to his expanded role. His background includes serving as the youngest general manager of Manila Hotel, president of Waterfront Hotels and Resorts, and receiving the Ten Outstanding Young Men award for tourism in 2003.
The Camp John Hay properties include the five-star Manor Hotel with 163 rooms, the Forest Lodge, and a Trade and Cultural Center capable of hosting events for up to 2,300 attendees. Located 5,000 feet above sea level, the complex offers year-round temperatures averaging 19°C and amenities including a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, hiking trails, and adventure activities.
