After a successful event at the TriNoma Activity Center in Quezon City, Lamudi is bringing its much-anticipated Property Fair to Cebu, where country’s top developers will showcase their projects, connect with property seekers, and help Filipinos find their dream homes.

The Lamudi Property Fair 2024 recently wrapped up a three-day run at Ayala Malls TriNoma in Quezon City from May 3 to 5. Home seekers had access to exclusive deals, discounts, and promos from the event’s developer partners.

“Lamudi has always been about helping Filipino families find their dream homes. We are grateful to our partner developers for presenting a variety of properties that cater to all budgets and lifestyles,” said Lamudi Philippines associate director for brand marketing Carlo Rosales.

The Queen City of the South’s improving infrastructure is also attracting property seekers.

Lamudi Property Fair is returning to Cebu from August 16 to 18, 2024, following the successful expo in 2019. Lamudi’s last property fair in Cebu featured developers like Federal Land, King Properties, Aboitiz Land, BPI Family Housing Loan, and DMCI Homes.
