Lamoiyan Corporation is on the rise, expanding its operations with a new warehouse in Parañaque, signaling strong market growth as it enters 2025. Under the leadership of new CEO Joel Conrad Pedro, the expansion aims to enhance passenger mobility and facilitate the transportation of agricultural products.

The past couple of years after the pandemic has shown a big surge in terms of market demand for products with value for value for money that our trademark household brands deliver coupled with robust retail alliances and government partnerships has seen Lamoiyan growing in both categories and business channels, “ said Pedro.  “While erecting physical storage may be the ultimate proof of business growth, Lamoiyan’s expansion includes forays into new channels like data-based new product development based on consumer need.”

With four decades in the market, Lamoiyan competes effectively with global giants and exports to Southeast Asia, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East and North Africa. This local business’s global reach justifies the need for a larger warehouse and increased inventory.

“The Philippines is still primarily the market, so we are looking at gaps for what type of products we should enter, “Pedro explained. “The new channels we’re getting into are cosmetic lines but still focusing on quality and good value for money.”

Lamoiyan’s expansion is about adding value-driven products relevant to emerging channels and market demands. “The essence of our warehouse expansion is to address the inventory storage needs stemming from our successful business operations,” Pedro added.

The company is also preparing for the arrival of new manufacturing machines for various product categories. Embracing technology and innovation is central to Lamoiyan’s strategy in today’s digital age. The company recognizes the importance of digital supply chain models in enhancing its operations.

By leveraging online platforms and eCommerce, Lamoiyan aims to serve clients effectively—whether they are large retailers or small sari-sari stores—primarily through its distributor network. The new warehouse will serve as a hub for storing new product lines and integrating advanced manufacturing processes.

As Lamoiyan’s warehouse expansion progresses, it prepares for increased demand and potential new offerings, including cosmetics. With current capacity nearing its limit, this expansion positions Lamoiyan for continued success in the evolving market landscape.
