Insular Life (InLife) proudly received two Silver Anvil Awards from the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP), a testament to its dedication to employee engagement and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
InLife’s “I Am InLife. I Win In Life.” program was honored in the PR Program – Employee Engagement category, while the Insular Foundation’s Employee Volunteerism Program earned recognition in the PR Program – Corporate Social Responsibility category.
The “Win In Life” initiative promotes year-round wellness for InLife’s 700 employees nationwide, offering activities that enhance physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. This is complemented by the “I Am InLife” internal communication campaign, which builds employee pride through inspiring articles and video stories.
“Our employees are our greatest asset,” said Rozana G. Pecson, InLife’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “By empowering them to prioritize their holistic wellness through these programs, we fulfill our mission of helping Filipinos lead A Lifetime for Good. This award is a tribute to our hardworking team.”
Meanwhile, the Insular Foundation’s Employee Volunteerism Program enables employees to actively address critical issues such as access to quality education, poverty alleviation, and environmental sustainability through impactful community projects.
“This recognition fuels our commitment to making a difference,” said Ana Maria R. Soriano, Executive Director of the Insular Foundation. “We will continue supporting students in public schools, uplifting communities in need, and protecting our environment.”
The Anvil Awards, often called the “Oscars of Public Relations” in the Philippines, celebrate exceptional PR programs that drive credibility and business impact. These accolades highlight InLife’s unwavering commitment to creating meaningful change within its organization and across society
