Designed by the renowned Leandro V. Locsin Partners and interiors crafted by BOMWRX, the pavilion serves as a dedicated space for potential buyers to explore and experience the beauty of Hana Garden Villas’ unique horizontal development.
Developed by Chan Toei Properties Inc. (CTP), a partnership between Prime Eastern Spring Holdings (PESH) and TOEI of Japan, Hana Garden Villas combines the expertise of two highly experienced groups. PESH, founded by the Chan family, brings decades of entrepreneurial success, while TOEI, a subsidiary of IIDA Group Holdings, is a leader in ready-built home construction in Japan.
