HANA Garden Villas, an innovative community of modern designer homes inspired by authentic Japanese design and engineering, has unveiled its onsite sales pavilion in Cabuyao, Laguna. Designed by the renowned Leandro V. Locsin Partners and interiors crafted by BOMWRX, the pavilion serves as a dedicated space for potential buyers to explore and experience the beauty of Hana Garden Villas’ unique horizontal development.
Developed by Chan Toei Properties Inc. (CTP), a partnership between Prime Eastern Spring Holdings (PESH) and TOEI of Japan, Hana Garden Villas combines the expertise of two highly experienced groups. PESH, founded by the Chan family, brings decades of entrepreneurial success, while TOEI, a subsidiary of IIDA Group Holdings, is a leader in ready-built home construction in Japan.
“Hana Garden Villas merges TOEI’s innovative home design and construction with the Chan Group’s deep knowledge of the local real estate and business landscape,” said Jose Mari Chan, chairman of CTP.
This exclusive community offers premium house and lot options that embrace the Japanese sensibility of harmony with nature and others. Located along Nuvali Boulevard and Jose Yulo Avenue in Cabuyao City, it provides spacious, secure, and nature-rich living.
Hana Garden Villas offers three- and four-bedroom homes designed by Leandro V. Locsin Partners and TOEI, combining Japanese simplicity with tropical Filipino architecture. FOYA, with five decades of design experience in the Philippines, is the architect of record for each design.
The community also features a centerpiece clubhouse designed by Jorge Yulo Architects and Associates, overall master planning by Joel Luna Planning and Design, and landscaping by CLARQ Design Studio.
Since its September 2022 launch, the first phase of Hana Garden Villas has sold out, leading to the launch of its second phase. “Filipino home buyers truly value the proposition of holistic family living that Hana Garden Villas offers through the harmony of excellent Filipino and Japanese design,” says BJ Albert, chief executive officer of CTP.
