Go Negosyo MSME Summit 2025 draws thousands to SM Mall of Asia

Thousands of entrepreneurs and business leaders attended the Go Negosyo MSME Summit 2025 on Saturday, July 19 at the Music Hall, SM Mall of Asia, focusing on empowering Filipino micro, small, and medium enterprises.

Organized by the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship – Go Negosyo with support from SM Supermalls and other partners, the summit celebrated Go Negosyo’s 20th anniversary of fostering Philippine entrepreneurship. The event featured the theme “Empowering the Nation Through Entrepreneurship” and showcased panels, learning sessions, and success stories based on the “3Ms” framework: Mentorship, Money, and Market.

The Go Negosyo MSME Summit 2025 featured inspiring talks, mentorship sessions, and business opportunities for MSMEs across the country. Renowned speaker, author, and entrepreneur Mr. Francis Kong shared key insights during his session, “Now and Next: The Trends in Business for MSMEs.”

MSMEs in the spotlight

Go Negosyo’s Awardees for the Top 10 Most Inspiring MSMEs 2025 pose together with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Undersecretary Blesila Lantoya and Go Negosyo Founder, Mr. Jose Concepcion III ( middle).

The summit honored 10 outstanding entrepreneurs as the Most Inspiring MSMEs of 2025, recognizing ventures in robotics education, gourmet food, plant tourism, and sustainable fashion. These awardees were also named inaugural scholars of the ICSB PH SME Scholarship Program, a 12-week executive training course by the Asian Institute of Management.

Government-Private Sector collaboration

A keynote panel featured leaders from the Department of Trade and Industry, SM Supermalls, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, WomenBizPH, and BPI Direct BanKo. Discussions addressed digital adaptation, market access, and financial inclusion for MSMEs. The summit emphasized that MSMEs serve as builders of communities, families, and the economy.
