Globe Telecom and J&T Express Philippines have forged a strategic partnership to optimize logistics operations and enhance customer experience nationwide. Signed at Globe Tower in Bonifacio Global City on April 3, this alliance combines Globe’s technological innovations with J&T Express’ extensive logistics network.
J&T Express, with 60,000 service personnel, 3,000 delivery vehicles, and 2,500 branches nationwide, will manage first-mile to last-mile delivery directly from Globe’s warehouses. This partnership enables Globe to reach more customers efficiently across the Philippines.

The signing ceremony included Globe’s Walter Ricarte (SVP for Finance Business Advisory and Operations), Jerry Cabiles (VP for Procurement and Logistics), and Maria Celia Rodriguez (Director for Logistics Management), alongside J&T Express’ Vice President Zoe Chi, HQ Sales and Marketing Manager Isaac Nuque, and NCR Regional Key Account Manager Mary Andaya.
“We partnered with J&T Express Philippines given their expansive presence across the country, which aligns with our requirement to deliver our products and services to every corner of the Philippines. Connectivity is a basic necessity, making it critical to have the right partner in ensuring delivery to our customers, wherever they may be,” said Ricarte.
Chi added, “At J&T Express, we recognize the importance of fast, reliable, and secure courier services in today’s evolving digital landscape. This end-to-end approach ensures efficient delivery across the country.”
J&T Express Philippines, recipient of the Gold Award for Airfreight/Courier Service at the 2024 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Awards, covers 99% of the Philippine market. According to Andaya, this partnership strengthens the company’s logistics capabilities and commitment to reliable deliveries.
By integrating J&T’s nationwide network with Globe’s digital infrastructure, this partnership aims to lead customer experience into a new era of speed, reliability, and innovation—delivering excellence at every doorstep.
