Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT), the Philippines’ first sustainability-focused REIT, received multiple honors at the 2024 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards, confirming its leadership in sustainable office developments.
FILRT earned the Gold Award for Outstanding Developer in Sustainable Development and Silver Award in the Office Category for Vector Three. Simultaneously, sponsor Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) received the Gold Award for Outstanding Developer in the Office Category and Silver Award in Sustainable Development for Axis Tower Two.
Both recognized properties—Vector Three and Axis Tower Two—are Grade A, green-certified office buildings in Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang. These LEED Gold-certified developments meet international standards for resource efficiency and environmental performance. Axis Tower Two also holds WELL Core certification, highlighting features that enhance occupant well-being. FIABCI recognized both properties for their advanced building systems, environmentally responsive design, and reliable operations within a PEZA-registered IT park.
