Celebrating 70 years of moving Filipino dreams forward, Filinvest marks a stellar first half of 2025 for Filinvest Alabang Inc. (FAI), garnering multiple international and local accolades that reinforce the Group’s legacy of innovation and excellence.
At the Asia Pacific Property Awards, FAI received three distinctions: Terrace Homes at Prominence II won Best Residential Development (20+ Units) in Brentville International Community, Biñan, Laguna; Fortune Hill earned 5-star rating for Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment in San Juan; and Two Botanika received 5-star rating for Best Development Marketing in Filinvest City.
FAI earned two Gold recognitions as Outstanding Developer at the FIABCI Philippines Property Awards—Outstanding Developer in Master Plan Category for Filinvest City and Gold in Purpose-Built Category for Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel. Filinvest City is the only Philippine central business district holding both LEED Gold for Neighborhood Development and 3-Star BERDE rating. The Chapel also earned international recognition at Asia Pacific Property Awards and Design of the Year at London Design Awards 2024.
