Filinvest Malls, in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs, opened the NCR South Consular Office at Festival Mall on February 10, bringing passport and apostille services closer to residents of southern Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

The 800-square-meter facility, located on the mall’s third floor West Wing, serves Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, and the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas. It operates from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. as the only DFA office south of Metro Manila.

This collaboration is a testament to the power of public-private partnerships in realizing meaningful change. It is our hope that this will pave the way for more initiatives that bring government services closer to the people, empowering them to build better futures for themselves and their families,” said Tristan Las Marias, president and CEO of Filinvest Land Inc.
