Honesty and integrity was displayed by Jessa Enson Hidalgo, a room attendant at Eurotel Angeles.
Last December 3, while changing the bedsheets in Room 615, Hidalgo found P23,500.00 on the bed after the last guest checked out at 8:07 am. She immediately reported the incident to the hotel management, assuring them that the money was safe.
The Malaysian guest eventually called the hotel to inquire about the money left by accident and was overjoyed to learn that it has been found and will be returned to the owner.
Hidalgo, who has been with Eurotel Angeles for 10 months, displayed honesty and professionalism, mirroring the Hotel’s goal to always provide a safe and secure place for every guest they are honored to serve. Hidalgo showed the kind of dedication that should be a model and inspiration to all.
Ronaldo Sebastian, Eurotel sector head, cited Hidalgo and the Eurotel branch saying “We thank Miss Hidalgo for her honesty and for being a good role model for all. Her actions showed the good person that she is by helping strengthen our resolve to provide only the best kind of service to our guests.”
Sebastian also cited Eurotel Angeles manager Carlo Jimenez for the way he trained his staff by always reminding them that guests should be treated as family and that they should be taken care of in the best way possible.
