Eton Properties officially launched its long-term sustainability movement, Beyond Green, with outreach activities across Metro Manila, Quezon City, and Laguna in celebration of Nutrition Month. The initiative delivered fresh produce and essential supplies to children, senior citizens, and rescued animals through partnerships with three local organizations.
Employees from various departments participated by joining site visits or contributing goods. The produce came primarily from farmers supported by the Tan Yan Kee Foundation, the Lucio Tan Group’s corporate social responsibility arm, with additional harvests from Eton’s own Sustainable Garden at Eton City.
“Beyond Green isn’t just a CSR project. It’s a commitment,” said Donna Kristine Salgado, AVP for Marketing and Lead Sustainability Officer at Eton Properties. “It reflects the kind of real estate we believe in—one that builds not just spaces, but relationships, responsibility, and real impact.”

The outreach targeted three partner organizations: Bahay Tuluyan in Manila City, a safe space for children experiencing abuse or neglect; DSWD GRACES in Quezon City, home to over 200 senior citizens; and Second Chance Aspin Shelter in Laguna, housing more than 60 rescued dogs and cats. All locations are situated in communities where Eton developments operate.

Beyond Green serves as Eton’s ongoing sustainability platform, combining community engagement, environmental care, and inclusive giving. Previous 2025 initiatives included Brigada Eskwela with nearly 200 volunteers helping revitalize public schools, TITOlympics wellness events, four new homes delivered to families in Nueva Vizcaya, Earth Hour campaigns, and waste segregation partnerships with DENR.
As Eton marks its 18th year, the Beyond Green launch aligns with the company’s Beyond18 anniversary campaign, representing a forward-facing purpose that extends beyond business toward deeper community connection and contribution.
