AYALA Land Premier (ALP) has achieved a significant milestone with the completion of the final two towers of Arbor Lanes, their luxury condominium enclave within the 74-hectare Arca South estate in Taguig City. The topping-off ceremony celebrated this achievement, bringing together ALP officials and project team partners.
Arbor Lanes, a five-tower midrise vertical community launched in 2014, embodies the concept of low-density, intimate garden living within the city. The buildings are thoughtfully arranged, creating lush green corridors and communal spaces housing amenities like gardens, pools, and lounges.
Paolo Viray, chief operating officer of Ayala Land Premier Inc., emphasized that the completion of Arbor Lanes signifies ALP’s commitment to delivering premier homes that offer distinctive daily living experiences and enduring value.
Already home to over a hundred residents in its earlier towers, Arbor Lanes’ community is growing in tandem with the development of Arca South. This includes the recent openings of the estate’s Family Park and Interactive Park, providing spaces for social and outdoor interactions. These parks also serve as vital links to Arca Main Street, featuring an anchor Landers Superstore that opened its doors to Arca South residents in June 2023, along with other service establishments and conveniences.
